Tristan from Benson Pacific Heating and Cooling came to check why my airconditioning u nit wasn't working.  The unit was over 35 years old Instead of telling me that I should buy a new airconditioner Tristan checked wiring of a new thermostat that was installed,found that the wires had been crossed and now it works perfectly.
